Fitra Social Analytics User Data Deletion Instructions

You can disconnect Fitra Social Analytics and request deletion of information previously imported from a connected Facebook, Instagram or TikTok account.

Option 1: Submit a deletion request to Fitra Healing

Email [email protected] with the subject:

Fitra Social Analytics data deletion request

Include:

• Your name.
• The platform: Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
• The username, Page name or account name that was connected.
• A short statement confirming that you own the account or are authorised to act for it.
• Whether you want one connected account deleted or all information associated with your authorised use of the Application deleted.

Do not email your password, access token, verification code, identity documents or counselling information.

We may ask you to complete a safe account-authorisation step or confirm the request using an address already associated with Fitra Healing's records. This is to prevent an unauthorised person from deleting someone else's information.

After verification, we will:

1. Revoke or delete active platform tokens as soon as reasonably practicable.
2. Stop future collection from the affected account.
3. Delete associated active account and analytics data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
4. Allow residual protected backup copies to expire within 90 days. Backup data will not be restored to active use.
5. Send confirmation to the requesting contact when the deletion process has been actioned.

Option 2: Remove the Application through the platform

You can also remove the Application through the connected platform's app, website or permissions settings:

• Facebook or Instagram: open the relevant Meta account settings, find Apps and websites or the equivalent connected-app permissions section, select Fitra Social Analytics, and remove its access.
• TikTok: open TikTok's settings, find Security and permissions, Apps and services, or the equivalent connected-app permissions section, select Fitra Social Analytics, and remove its access.

Platform menu names may change. Use the platform's official account-support instructions if the wording differs.

Removing access prevents future API access. To ensure information already imported into the Application is deleted, also complete Option 1.

What may be retained

We may retain limited security, audit or request records where reasonably necessary to document the deletion, investigate misuse or comply with law. Aggregated or de-identified statistics that no longer identify an account or individual may also be retained.
