These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Fitra Social Analytics application (the "Application"), operated by Fitra Healing under the name Fitra Healing ("Fitra Healing", "we", "us" or "our").
The Application provides read-only reporting and content analysis for authorised Fitra Healing Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts.
By accessing the Application or connecting an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application or authorise access.
The Application may be used only by people whom Fitra Healing has authorised and who have lawful authority to connect and view the relevant social-media assets.
You must not connect an account, Page, profile, advertising account or other asset that you do not own or have permission to manage.
The Application is intended to retrieve and analyse information made available through authorised platform APIs. It is not intended to publish, edit or delete social-media content, send messages, manage comments or change advertising campaigns.
If these functions change, the Application will request any additional permission separately and these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated where required.

You must not attempt to bypass security, access another person's information, interfere with the Application, reverse engineer protected components, introduce malicious code or use the Application to violate another person's rights.
Facebook, Instagram and TikTok are third-party services. Their availability, APIs, metrics, permissions and policies are controlled by Meta Platforms, Inc. and TikTok and may change without notice.
Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. Fitra Healing is not affiliated with, endorsed by or responsible for Meta or TikTok.

Fitra Healing retains its rights in the Application, reports, configuration, branding and original materials, excluding content and technology owned by users, Meta, TikTok or other third parties.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of a connected account or its content to Fitra Healing.
We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Application to maintain security, comply with law or platform requirements, address technical issues or improve the service.
We do not guarantee that every metric will always be available, accurate, complete or directly comparable across platforms. Platforms define and calculate metrics differently and may revise historical results.
The Application provides social-media reporting only. It does not provide counselling, medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitra Healing is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from platform outages, API changes, incomplete metrics, unauthorised use or decisions made solely from Application reports.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access if a user is no longer authorised, breaches these Terms, creates a security risk or if suspension is required by law or a platform provider.
You may stop using the Application and disconnect platform access at any time. Information already imported is handled under the Privacy Policy and User Data Deletion Instructions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in Victoria, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these Terms when the Application or applicable requirements change. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
